Ann has over 30 years experience as a compassionate registered nurse and a licensed health educator working with people of all ages. She has worked in hospitals, clinics, research, long term care, hospice care and the MN school system. Ann combines her background as a nurse and educator with her skills as a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and her training in Theta Healing, Korean Hand Therapy, Cellular Cleanse, Spring Forest Qigong and Integrated Energy Therapy to provide a customized treatment for each individual. Ann's life journey has taught her to listen to her inner voice and trust her intuition. Through her experiences she has learned to empower her clients to take charge of their own journey and to encourage, support and guide them in embracing the healing of their mind, body and spirit.

About Celina, Massage Therapist
Celina has been doing bodywork and massage since 2001. Celina has been teaching the business of massage along with massage techniques in St. Cloud since the summer of 2005. She has the ability to incorporate everything she knows about the body and skillfully apply her hands-on-approach to cater to each of her client's individual needs. She works closely with chronic pain, personal injury, cancer, and day-to-day stress relief clientele. Her hope is that massage will be one day considered more of a "preventative" necessity verses a luxury.
She takes education in massage and bodywork seriously as she is committed to continuing her own education on a yearly basis. Celina has completed continuing education in CranioSacral (levels 1 and 2) through Upledger Institute, Myofascial Release, Labor Doula, Geriatric Massage, Raindrop Therapy, Lymph Drainage, Energy Work, Shoulder Pain Protocol, Reflexology, Infant Massage Instruction, and Oncology, Mastectomy and Breast Surgeries and Other Life Altering Illnesses.
